This entire 5 bedroom 4 full, 2 half bath house has been remodeled with high-end, coastal furnishings to have everything you need for your vacation. You'll be able to come relax on an uncrowded beach, swim in the private heated pool, enjoy the game/movie room or fish off the backyard dock.

The 2nd and 3rd level master suites will feature Tempur-pedic memory foam and all others will have memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. HD TVs will be provided in each bedroom.

The Kitchen will have high end stainless appliances and be fully stocked to cook and serve your guests. 

​​

Living room will feature new furniture, 4k HD TV, Blu-Ray player, & Apple TV.  The game/movie room will have new seating, bar seating and surround sound.

All 7 TVs will have voice command remotes and access to streaming via Cox Cable, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. High speed Wi-Fi internet will be provided throughout the house.

Enjoy ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious porches, tiki bar, pool deck, and boathouse.

You'll find plenty of on-site entertainment in the backyard - a private heated pool with swim up bar, splash pad, waterfall; volleyball court, 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, 2 SUP stand up paddle-boards, ring toss and bean bag corn hole boards.

We provide a place to tie up and shore power your boat (private or rental) so you can explore all the waterways Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

You will also have access to the neighborhood's 2 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts.

​​

The end of the street leads you to the private beach and gorgeous ocean. For your beach outings, we provide a commercial ice maker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings.  If you prefer, you also may park at the community center at the end of the street.
