This entire 7 bedroom 5 bath house sleeps up to 30 people and has been remodeled with high-end, coastal furnishings to have everything you need for your vacation. Come relax on an uncrowded beach, swim in the private heated pool, play outdoor games, enjoy the game room, or fish off the backyard dock.

The 1st and 2nd level master suites will feature Tempur-Pedic memory foam and all others will have memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. 4k HD TVs will be provided in each bedroom.

 

Both Kitchens will have high-end stainless appliances and be fully stocked to cook and serve your guests. 

 

Both Living rooms will feature new furniture & 4k HD TVs.  The game room will have a pool table, 4k HD Tv, & new seating.

 

Enjoy ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious porches, tiki bar, pool deck, and huge dock.

 

You'll find plenty of on-site entertainment in the backyard - a private heated pool with swim up bar, hot tub, splash pad, volleyball court, putting green, bocce ball, 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, 2 SUP stand up paddle-boards, ring toss, and corn hole boards. 

 

The expansive 170 ft dock provides a place to tie up several large boats (private or rental) with power and water so you can explore all the waterways Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

 

You will also have access to the neighborhood's 2 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, & basketball goal

 

The end of the street leads you to the private beach and gorgeous ocean. For your beach outings, we provide a commercial ice maker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings.  If you prefer, you also may park at the community center at the end of the street.
