Hi, I'm Eric Bailey, owner of Bailey Vacation Properties.  I grew up in south Alabama with extended family just south in northwest Florida.  My favorite childhood memories are from time spent at the beaches and on the waterways of Alabama and Florida.

 

I left Alabama after graduating from college to pursue an IT career in Texas.  While living in Texas, I met my wife, Jennifer.  She and I would travel frequently to visit family and the beaches of my youth.  When we found out we were expecting our son, we decided to move back east after Jennifer finished school. 

 

Spending time with family and friends and making memories in a beautiful location has always appealed to me.  After our son was born, it was difficult to find family-friendly vacation rentals that met all of our needs.  We still desired luxury accommodations, but also wanted them to feel like a home away from home.  So in 2011, we purchased our first beach property. After adding our own touches, we started sharing our high-end, family-friendly vacation spot with others.

Today, Bailey Vacation Properties consists of five private homes in Perdido Key, Florida and a large cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We aim to anticipate the needs of our guests and provide extras so you don’t have to stress. We think you’ll enjoy the vacation experience we deliver.
